Lanser Supply — your supply network partner
CNC Machining Service
From a single prototype to volume production. Verified machines, per-shipment inspection, and DFM feedback before metal is cut.
Lanser Supply is a supply network partner for custom CNC machined parts. We match your drawing to vetted production floors and own inspection and delivery end to end — from a single prototype to volume production, holding tolerance and reporting it per shipment.
80+ machines — organized by the problem they solve
We don’t list machines for show. Each one exists to handle a non-standard job others pass on. Here is the floor, grouped by the hard part it takes.
① Oversized, one-piece bases
Large-format gantry
Up to 6000×2700×1200 mm — one-piece non-standard bases.
HMC cells
Mazak, Okuma, Haas. Pallet work up to 1626×1270 mm.
② Long shafts & spindles
Turning centers & lathes
Live-tooling lathes, long-axis up to Ø400×11000 mm.
③ Complex geometry, one setup
Complex geometry
DMG MORI & Mikron — finished in one setup, fewer ops.
VMC fleet
Mazak, Haas, Hurco, Feeler, Mikron. Travels up to 1400×715 mm.
④ Precision surfaces & proof
Surface grinders
Up to 3000×800 mm, finish to 0.002 mm.
Fine cutting
Swiss wire EDM for detail and hard-material work.
Inspection, every shipment
Hexagon CMM up to 3000×1500×800 mm. A report with every order.
Watch the machines run
Real footage from our audited network — the machines at work, not staged photos.
VMC · Vertical Machining
A vertical machining center from our audited network taking complex parts to spec.
Lathe · Turning
Round parts, shafts and threaded components turned to spec on a live lathe.
VMC · Cutting in Action
The spindle at work — raw block to finished part, on spec.
CNC machining that covers the full path
We coordinate CNC capacity across a vetted network so your part is made by the right process, not just the nearest machine:
- 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling for complex geometry and tight tolerances
- CNC turning for round, concentric, and threaded components
- 5-axis & complex geometry — compound angles and undercuts cut complete in one setup
- Grinding & surface finishing — flat to 0.002 mm, parts up to 3 meters
- Large-format gantry machining (up to 6 meters) for one-piece non-standard bases and long shafts to 11 m — parts others cannot fixture
- Tight-tolerance work verified on coordinate measuring machines, with a report per shipment
Where we add the most value
Large & non-standard
A 6 m gantry handles one-piece bases and oversized structures that standard shops turn away — large-format & long-part machining is our value high ground.
Complex in one setup
5-axis and 5-face centers cut multi-sided features without repeated fixturing — better accuracy, fewer handoffs.
Precision you can verify
Machining to 0.005 mm, grinding to 0.002 mm, and CMM-checked critical dimensions on every shipment.
Materials we run routinely
Common machining stock we handle on a regular basis:
- Aluminum alloys — structural brackets, enclosures, automation parts
- Stainless steel — 304 / 316 class and precipitation-hardened grades for durable, corrosion-resistant components
- Engineering plastics — POM, nylon, and PEEK where the application calls for it
- Brass, copper, and other common stock for conductive and decorative parts
Material certificates and certificates of conformance travel with the order on request.
By application
We support buyers across industrial and commercial equipment:
- Automation & industrial equipment — frames, brackets, fixtures, manifolds
- Consumer electronics — enclosures, housings, connectors, brackets
- Automotive components — non-safety-critical structural and functional parts
- Robotics & fixtures — repeatable, alignment-critical components
Tolerances & inspection
We hold tight tolerances and verify every critical dimension on a CMM, with a report issued per shipment — not a one-time sample photo. Incoming material, in-process setup, and final inspection are documented so you can confirm what actually arrived.
DFM up front
Before metal is cut, we review your drawing for manufacturability and tell you straight if the tolerance, material, or geometry can be improved. Early DFM feedback typically saves more than a marginally lower unit price later, especially for low-volume and prototype work.
From prototype to volume
The same engineering and production team carries your part from first article to production — no re-qualification, no new baseline. That matters for low-volume manufacturing, bridge production, and parts where assembly and fit must be validated, not just individual components.
When the part doesn’t fit a standard fixture
Our non-standard manufacturing capability — including a 6-meter gantry — handles one-piece bases and oversized structures others turn down. See how we work and why our floors are verified. For hardened detail and fine internal features, our wire EDM works alongside CNC and grinding.
