Flat to 0.002 mm and surface-ready, on parts up to 3 meters. The step after milling that holds the dimensions and finish milling can’t — done in the same audited network, verified per shipment.
Milling leaves stock and a finish it can’t fully control. When a drawing calls for a sealed face, a ground datum, or a specified Ra, that’s a grinding job — and for non-standard parts, it has to happen on the same floor that cut the part, not shipped out and hoped for. We take milled parts to flatness, parallelism, and finish in-house.

Ground reference faces hold 0.002 mm where milled surfaces drift. Seal faces, bases, and fixtures start square.
Finish you can spec
From matte to near-mirror, the surface is a number you write, not a byproduct of the cutter.
Large-surface grinding
Plates and one-piece bases to 3 meters — not just bench blocks. Big non-standard parts, ground flat.
Equipment that proves it
Surface grinders cover bench to large-format; a wide-belt sander handles deburr and finishing. All on audited network floors, inspected per shipment.
