Non-Standard Is Where We Add the Most Value
Simple standard parts? We take those too — and we do them reliably. But non-standard and hard-to-make parts are our value high ground, where our equipment and engineering really earn their keep. And in the most extreme case — you have no drawing at all, just an idea in your head or a paragraph of text — we can still turn it into something manufacturable. (That last one is a paid design service.)
- Have a standard drawing? → straight to sampling and volume production.
- Have a small problem? → send it to us, we give you a professional opinion.
- Non-standard / hard part? → engineering review + manufacturing — our value high ground.
- Only an idea in words, no drawing? → we turn it into a manufacturable part (paid design).
What “non-standard” means — in millimeters
Non-standard isn’t a vague promise. It’s a set of envelopes most shops simply can’t reach. Here is what we hold in-house — before we even talk about your drawing.
Gantry machining6000 × 2700 × 1200mmParts others must segment & weld — we machine them in one piece.
TurningØ400 × 11000mmOne-piece long shafts — no joints, no alignment risk.
5-axis & 5-face2× DMG / MikronMulti-sided parts finished in one setup, fewer ops.
CMM3000 × 1500 × 800mmBig parts measured complete — and reported per shipment.
Grinding0.002mmFinish-grade surfaces, in-house.
Most machine shops top out around 3 m on a single table. Our gantry reaches 6 — usually the difference between “we can’t” and “send the drawing.”
Full inspection, not spot checks
Every critical dimension verified on ZEISS & HEXAGON CMM, with a full report per shipment — so a non-standard part ships right the first time, not just “close enough.”
Precision to ±0.002 mm
Complex geometries cut on audited VMCs — the kind of part most shops pass on.
Same part in small batch? Run it on CNC (just switch a machine). Volume picks up? Move to injection molding. One partner covers the whole path.
